Before you write

Billing: Say where you paid: on the web, the App Store or Google Play. They are separate systems, so knowing which one saves a round of questions.
A track that went wrong: Paste the song link from your library and describe what you expected to hear. The link takes us straight to the generation.
Your account: Write from the email you signed in with, or include it. That is how we find your songs, credits and plan.
Rights and licensing: Tell us how you plan to use the song, for example in a release, a video or client work, so the answer fits your case.
