„STILL STANDING”
I didn’t survive by accident.
I learned how to breathe in the fire.
I grew up faster than I should have,
Holding weight no one could see.
Promises broke like glass around me,
But I stayed real, I stayed me.
I’ve seen love turn into silence,
Truth get buried under fear.
Violence in words, threats in shadows,
Still I’m standing, still I’m here.
Every scar became a lesson,
Every fall taught me my name.
I stopped chasing their approval,
Started walking through my pain.
I’m still standing, after all I’ve been through,
Every tear made me stronger, made me true.
I lost pieces, but I found my core,
I don’t beg for love anymore.
I’m still standing, heart awake, eyes clear,
I don’t judge the world, but I choose who’s near.
If you bring your wounds like stones to throw,
I’ll step away — I’ve learned to let go.
I watched addictions steal the future,
Gambling hope, trading souls.
I chose work, I chose honesty,
Even when it took its toll.
I was lonely, but not broken,
Just becoming who I am.
I learned boundaries are self-respect,
Not a wall — just solid ground.
I understand the human struggle,
Everyone’s fighting something inside.
But I won’t bleed for wounds unhealed,
I won’t drown just to keep you alive.
I turned pain into movement,
Silence into sound.
When my body started healing,
My soul felt home again, safe and found.
I’m not cold — I’m conscious.
Not hard — just healed.
This is my life…
And I’m still standing.
