To access when we need to defend ourselves when it's hard to

To put yourselves first at times when it's not easy

Not to make others fall down and be appeasing

That's when a true gaslighter is gaslighting you

That's when it's not projection or protection just mental abuse

So in that moment stick up for yourself and stand

Strong in your truth in your integrity your gut because you can

Projecting is helpful but it's shit too

When they don't see it but you do

So you change and stop but they keep blaming you

Keep saying you're the one who's projecting onto them when it's them who

Is actually doing that to you

No need to hate or yell just stay calm and breath

One day they will eventually see

What you see underneath

By then you would have moved up and risen

So don't give up on yourself stick to the vision

Projection can be a game you get sucked into

Don't do it
