Why me!

What is my purpose,
Or am i just like all the rest.
Feel like I'm just wasting space.
Never moving at a fast enough pace.
Destiny has forgotten me,
Or it's locked behind doors and I have no key.

Why do I always see the good,
If after learn where you stood.
Why do I rationalize everything,
Even to the point that it has no meaning.
Why am I the way I am.
Always taking things so personal,
And pointing blame internal.
Why me?

Give every little piece of myself,
Til there's nothing left.
Finding the person in the mirror I do not even recognize,
Finding time just slip on by .

Why do I always see the good,

You say you love me, 
You say you care.
But critize everything you see,
How is that fair.
Maybe I'm too broken,
Maybe I'm just crazy and there really isn't anything even there .
