Not Enough
There's not enough minutes, 
Not enough time to finally finish this life sentence.
Not enough words,
To express how stolen times mean the world.
From the talks,
To the way in my life you seem to walk.
From a sweet forehead kiss,
And the moments my whole being seem to miss.
To the stroke of my hair,
And of constant thoughts of time not being fair.
There's never enough seconds in your warm embrace,
Nor enough times seeing that smile upon your face. 
Will there ever be, 
A time for us to be free.
Free of time,
For our escape we will find.
No longer needing distraction from everyday life,
And we can just let this fire between us fly.
Not enough wishes in the world,
Can open a door.
Not enough dreams,
Can change how the small things mean.
Not even enough passion,
Can chase away some demons.
Thoughts of regret and missed chances,
And even anger of ones own built fences.
The internal dialogue of past mistakes,
Or the chances we never allow ourselves to take.
Maybe these thoughts are just my own,
And stuck my head the darkness has seem to have grown.
It's only just me ,
It seems.
I'm not enough,
Never enough.
