Hellhound's Farewell

Lost in the flames, trapped in the night

A hellish chase, no end in sight

Bite by bite, they tear your soul

But I’m breaking free, taking control

Walking through fire, shadows loom

Whispered lies fill every room

A hellhound’s growl, a dark decree

Telling me who I’m meant to be

Gaslighted, broken, nearly gone

Questioning the right from wrong

Identity stolen, piece by piece

Yearning for a piece of peace

But I keep fighting, find my way

Through the darkness, escape the sway

The gates are opening, I can see

A chance to finally break free

Hell’s gate is closing behind

Leaving the torment far behind

No more whispers, no more pain

Freedom’s tears wash the stain

Shed the chains, reclaim my name

Rise above the burning flames

Walking out into the light

Reborn in hope tonight

Once I was lost in the hellfire

But now I see a new desire

To stand tall, to be whole

To heal and save my soul
