Show me you love me. Talk is cheap your actions will show me what I need to see. You say you love me but I need to feel it. If it isn't real don't say it at all.

I gave you my love and you abused it. I gave you respect and you didn't show it back. I gave you the world but you didn't want to be in mine. Nothing was ever good enough for you. I only got your love when you wanted to show it . Wasn't enough for me. I felt more loneliness then I did happy.

I thought for a little while I had found my happily ever after but soon the truth was shown. I was so wrong. What I got was another lesson learned not to trust so easily. I have to keep believing that one day we will cross paths when the times becomes ours. It won't be like any times before. For now I will take the time to love myself instead. Wait I will do until I see you . Then the happy days will never end .
