AT the LAKE

We could wake up, and take our time,

Be lazy, watch Tik toks, and be just fine

Oh but that’s not what we are here for.

We could could hit the game room, or go to a store,

Spend more money till we wind up poor,

But baby, I have a better idea——-yea!

We are at the lake for a reason,

It only comes for one sea-son

And then it’s gone, like your ex-boyfriend,

But I didn’t like him at all,

Let’s focus on the Lay-yake

We could hit up the putt putt course,

Roll up our sleeves and do some chores,

Man why did I have to bring up your ex boyfriend?

That guys a jerk, and he smells funny,

He’s got fake teeth,

That make him look like Bugs Bunny,

Okay that parts not true, but I got a laugh.

Let’s talk about something else beside that more-ron

We are at the lake for a reason,

It only comes around for one season,

We have some laughs,

But now your crying,

I should left out that part about your ex boyfriend,

But I had to get that off my chest.

Even though it’s been 25 years ago,

Man I just can’t stand that guy,

Anyway, we’re at the lake,

Let’s make the most of this day,

Unlock the door and come back out,

I’ll promise this time not to shout,

And of course I know that guy, is in the past,

At least he better be,

I’d straight out knock out his teeth,

Just saying,

I don’t want anyone to ever be able to say I was liar….

Like that other guy I mentioned earlier,

But we are at the Lake!!
