They told me slow down, said I’d never make it

Closed every door, so I learned how to break in

Weight on my shoulders, scars in my past

Every step forward, they said wouldn’t last

Late nights, no sleep, mind full of doubt

But pressure made diamonds, I figured it out

Every wall I faced, I learned how to climb
