Crown of Ash

I wake beneath a ceiling of scars

Counting every wound like dying stars

The weight of years is chained to my spine

Every breath tastes like the end of time

I built my throne from broken bones

Now I rule a kingdom made of stone

No mercy left, no god above

Only the heartbeat of a dying love

Let the darkness call my name

Let it feed upon the flame

I have crawled through hell before
