Confused

I’m lost and confused, i don’t know what to do, it’s like my life has no meaning, but my life’s not through

No my life’s not through, i just don’t have a path

Inside I’m filled with greed and envy almost to the point of wrath

And i know that I’m not perfect, but I’m still out here searching, I’m yearnin, burnin, churnin, anything to not feel worthless

Will i be remembered, will i make a difference?

I strive for a mile, but can’t even make it inches

It’s almost as if

Because i saw the news, i need to feel some gratitude for the life I’m living, need a better attitude, i need to cross that line inside, change my latitude

Because i know I’m good, and i know I’m special

And i know strongly that God will beat the devil
