A beautiful Day

I had a date with a girl I know, she's sweet and pretty as girls do go

We went to the sea shore with Good old friends

We talked and laughed this the days end

We gazed at the sky till the sunset end

The colors were so dazzling, all shades of blue and pink

I should of been happy and enjoying my time

With the best of friends and girl that could be mine

Yet all I could do was think about you

What you would say and what you would do

I keep wishing you could see the beauty of the day

I knew it would make you happy, I thought about you all day

Im living my life and starting anew

Each day is a day I won't see you
