There's a tabby on the back porch, howlin' at the moon,

Her eyes are wildfire, she's singin' outta tune,

She's prowlin' for a lover, on this sultry summer night,

In the sleepy town of nowhere, where the stars burn bright.

Neighbors are a-peekin', whisperin' through the blinds,

That feline's got a fever, she's losin' her damn mind,
