I woke up one night,

although if it Seems,

Took a stroll to the Barn,

saw the Wilderness Extremes.

Wildlife Mass-A-Mania,

Multiplicity in Species,

Foxes and Hens dancing,

eating Reese's Pieces

Then I saw the Cow,

crying over spilt Milk,

He lost his Hell-fer,

to a Horse selling Silk.

Can't buy no Honey,

with Ghost Money,

The Jangle's in a Mangle,

having no Cash ain't Funny.

My Bunny ran off, with:

my Hamster's Pinwheel,

My Badger's at the Brook,

Eating Trees for a Meal.

Bambi sings the Blues,

to a Jazzy Soul Beat,

Mother Nature Got Groove,

& cut a Rug with her Feet.

My Dog joined the Band,

of the Rooster's Clan,

Now he Howls at the Sun,

& Frowns at the Moon Man.

I Thought my Alley Cat,

would stay for Life,

Left on the Midnight Train,

& took my Tweedy for a Wife.

In this mixed up, fixed up,

Wilderness Affair, it's:

A Comatose Dramatized,

Jungle Nightmare.

An Elephant & a Mouse,

in a Game of Cards,

A Shark in a Lion's Lair,

selling Mufusa Frauds.

A Squirrel chasing Nuts,

& 7 Chipmunk Runts,

A Cougar seduced an Owl, &:

A Tiger and a Bear took,

a Journey on a Fishing Trip,

Met an Alligator & a Raccoon,

pawning Possums on each Hip.
