Sacred Day of Forgiveness

On this sacred day, I kneel and pray

With a humble heart, I cast my cares away

Dear Lord Jesus, in Your grace I find

A chance to forgive, to free my mind

Those who wronged me, I release their weight

Your love can heal, it’s never too late

I open my heart, I surrender my pain

Trusting in You, and Your holy name

Holy day of renewal, of grace and light

I forgive and let go, I embrace what's right

In Your mercy, I find peace and salvation

A gift of love, my true foundation

Heavy burdens, I no longer bear

In Your forgiveness, I find air

Poisoned by anger, I choose to let go

Your cross, my refuge, Your love, my flow

I open my heart, I surrender my pain

Trusting in You, and Your holy name

Judgment is Yours, I place it in Your hands
