How is it possible to love someone You've never even met? 
Haven't heard their voice or seen them smile  
Yet you can't possibly seem to forget? How can it be You feel heartfelt love 
Even though you're quite far apart?
It's because of your son who Makes sure you know 
That you're both living inside his heart!

Because whenever your child is happy
You know nothing else takes that place... Regardless you haven't spoken yet or gazed upon their face. 
Your son, who has a difficult time making you fully aware
How happy he is just being with you 
And how intensely both of you care.
Then there's the bonus of  a sweet little girl
In a moment you happen to realize..
That she'll be in your life for years to come, 
Joyful tears start to pool in your eyes. 
Love makes a family not blood is my phrase 
I drilled into my boys from the start
It makes no difference the blood in our veins 
It's the love that's in our heart.
From what I have heard and what little I've seen 
You'll make an amazing wife 
And through it all our family just grows 
How blessed are we with this life!

Parker, I hope that the time comes sooner than not
And we FINALLY meet one day 
Until that time, please remember the words
That my boys and I always say: 

"Love makes a family, not blood,"(that's so true) 
Plus "We live in each other's heart"
