The past is gone, but I can still see your face
Looking on,
and at me,
in stoic understandings
Singular; yet plural
One lines, spoken with cleverness and wit
The expression of you, even your name
from long before
And everything
that had been broken with it
I’ve met you, space traveling stranger-before
You’re a part of this cosmos
I’ve floated with you too, in our collective ether
Watching the powers pour
The past is gone with us
But there will always be more,
And everything’s so strange,
But
All is well- you’re still here
I still see your face
In my life, in the deepest part of my dreams
In outer space, with spacesuits on
as these
Parts and phases
come and go, yet never actually leaving
The universe alone
Time cannot possibly exist
No,
Not here
/Not in this home/
The past is gone
And between us,
So is everything that it’s surrounding
-
The past is gone
It never entered the door
Opening and closing at moments
To let in our small rejoices
And boredom,
Among the giants, our very lives are such a small thing
Compared to them
The stars, being only
light fragments, like lanterns
The rotations, momentums:
Planetary
Brings us closer to the spiral center
The light and darkness, together, so plenty
The past is empty
Forget and keep your feeling
Of the memory
For we
Are all
So small, and tiny
And
If we must exist like this,
We must feel every minute
And every morsel second
