Refinding the Silence

Silent echoes in the night, shattered pieces of our past

Dreams we chased in fading light, hoping they would last

We built castles in the air, visions of a future bright

Believed in something rare, instead it led to fight

An idea that we’d save, change the world with one touch

But in the race to be brave, we lost ourselves too much

Can we find our way back home, through the noise and the rain?

Can we heal what’s been torn, break free from the chains?

Are we unbreakable, can we rise above?

Or are we beyond broken, lost in all the love?

Fighting shadows in a war no one wanted

Can we find ourselves again, or is it all tainted?

Like a piano playing fierce, shifting keys and tempo

A chaos so intense, yet within it, we still know

The rhythm of our hearts, beating in the dark

Can we turn this pain into a spark?

Once we dreamed to be whole, together we could shine

Now we seek to mend our soul, ignoring the past’s design

Will we be unbreakable, standing tall and free?

Or is this our last plea, for who we used to be?
