OUR STORY

I met her online

In an AOL chat.

Didn't know if she was skinny,

Or if she was fat.

We would chat for days

Before I would call.

Then we would talk for hours

About anything at all.

We met at her friends house

For dinner one night.

Then went out for coffee

It just seemed so right.

Then we started dating.

And who would believe,

We then got engaged

In our church Christmas Eve.

We bought our first home.

A house that she liked.

And would pass by often

As a child on her bike.

And as the years past

We would move once again.

Settling back in New Jersey

Our moves finally end.

But we made it this far

And the road was rough.

But we hung in togeather

Our love was so tough.

We just have each other

And our dogs Coco and Chance

And can't forget our song

"Could I Have This Dance"

And now we've been

married for

Not quite twenty-five years.

And looking forward to another

Twenty-five more.
