Blizzard of 2026

I got things to put away in my shed

I want to barbecue

But can't do a single damn thing

With the snow a foot high or two

My car is barely visible

And my driveway is all plowed in

They even cancelled bingo tonight

And I was due to win

It would be nice to make some chicken soup

But I don't have breasts or thighs

It'll be days before I see the sun

And clear bright blue skies

So I'm stuck inside for days to come

And I don't run or jog

No reason to go out anyway

I can't even walk my dog

I'm on the highest level of Cookie Jam

And that's the only game I play

Can't do any online banking

Because I have no bills to pay.

So I guess I'll sit in my chair

And think of what to make for lunch

As the Blizzard of two oh two six

Packs it's morning punch

So don't think about the snow outside

And keep your butt indoors

Do your shopping on Amazon

And forget about the stores.
