Shadows fall, I stand so small

Echoes in my mind, I hear the call

Darkness creeping, I feel the wall

Caught in this fight, I want to fall

Why don’t I just let it go

Escape this pain, fade slow

My mind’s a battlefield, scars show

Wishes for peace, don’t know how to show
