I wade into your water

Just as cautious as could be

Hoping things will be okay

And wonder if you’ll attack me

You come at me so fast

That I’m taken by surprise

Even though you look harmless

I see the killer in your eyes

You just look at me and grin

With your sharp and deadly smile

Trying to act like it’s all fine

But you’re plotting all the while

You come in and circle me

You smell the blood in the water

And you look hungry as can be

Looking for prey to devour
