But not to much

Your heart pulled back

When I needed a touch

I craved a love that wouldn’t hide

but yours left me torn up inside

You held me close then looked away

Like love was just a game to play

I gave you all, you gave me some

Then vanished when the storms would come

I searched for reasons begging to know

But silence was your way to go

Still aching where you left a hole
