Prayers for Reopening

Oh Heavenly Lord, hear our humble plea,

For justice, for mercy, for all to see.

A nation in need, with hearts so torn,

Guide the Democrats, till the darkness is gone.

Forty-two million faces weather the storm,

Without food, without hope, in pain they conform.

Pleading for mercy, for aid and for grace,

Seeing their children with no food on their plate.

Oh Lord, grant wisdom, fill them with light,

So they see the suffering, turn wrong to right.

Instructions from above, a call to heal,

To reopen the gates, to show them the real deal.

Come down, dear Lord, and shine Your truth,

Help those in power see what they must do.

Let compassion guide their vote,

Reopen our country, mend what’s broke.

Prayer for the troubled, for the lost and scared,

That justice and mercy be equally shared.

May their hearts soften, may good prevail,

End the suffering, lift every veil.

Heavenly Father, we trust in Your plan,

To heal our nation, to lend a helping hand.

Till peace and prosperity finally come,

Reunite the people, make America one.
