Guided by Your Light

On my knees beneath the cold winter sky

Whispering prayers as the winds cry

Seeking your light, oh Lord above

Guidance, mercy, peace, and love

Dark shadows lurking, trying to silence my voice

But I stand unbreakable, I’ve made my choice

Your whispers in my heart, a fire that’s burning bright

Fighting through the darkness, stepping into the light

Send your angels down, reach out your mighty hand

Lift me from the shadows, help me to stand

Guard my soul in this relentless fight

Be my shield in the darkest night

Dear Lord, hear my prayer tonight

Guide my pen, give me strength to write

A beacon of hope, a voice so true

For all survivors, I do this for you

Let your light shine through the storm

Help me finish, keep me warm

On this cold winter night, I cry

Jesus Christ, hear my cry

Broken spirits, wounded hearts

Your healing hands can mend the parts

Carry me through, don't let me fall

With you, I am strong, I stand tall

As I lay my fears aside

Your love and grace are my guide

May this book be a shining star

A hope for all, no matter where you are

Jesus, I trust in all You do
