From Shadows to Light

Shadows dance behind my eyes, silent echoes of my past

Whispers of the night, a heavy cloud that couldn't last

Walking through the darkness, cold and uninvited

Fading in the shadows, my heart feels haunted and divided

Lost amid the gray, where hope seemed far away

Every breath was weighted, night swallowed the day

But deep inside, a flicker starts to burn

A gentle voice, begins to turn

From the dark into the dawn, I rise slow and strong

Healing beats within, I find where I belong

Light breaks through the cracks, a brand new start

From shadows to the sun, healing my broken heart

Step by step I'm climbing, out of the despair

Colors bleed anew, into the tired air

Waves of pain are fading, as dawn begins to break

Stronger now I'm waking, from the fears I used to fake

A whisper turns to song, a melody of hope

A beam of dawn, helps me cope

From the dark into the dawn, I rise slow and strong
