Breaking hearts

Breaking hearts oh ya that’s a easy thing to do . But what about keeping a heart . And loving that person unconditionally then getting broken hearted in your own home town .   Now that’s alot harder to deal with like picking between Fire and Water . Cause one min your cooled down the next min your fired up throwing around the idea of breaking up for reasons you think are okay but in reality how am I just an option? You jumping the gun so soon . Only 8 months in and you’re already talking about moving on and moving in with this new guy .  Clearly shows no matter what you give a person or do for them they can flip the script and show you there true colors  with every color . Just shows you what this generation has become . It’s a lost cause trying to find ms right . From rose pedals to flowers on the dashboard  in the worst thing that’s ever happened to you . I’m sure you told all your friends all of them lies just to avoid being the bad guy even tho this was your decision. You didn’t even let me get to explain myself. Now in your eyes I’m nothing even tho I did everything you asked and wanted and I’m still made out to be the bad guy. Even tho I work everyday just so we had everything we had . Now you’re wanting us to start over but it’s too late for anything  the damage is already done . Was nights like tonight we used to stay out during them summer nights like tonight and just drink and enjoy each others company. Probably the only memory that I can still of when it came to you . Now that  chapter has passed like a novel book . Time to turn to a new chapter in my life and move past you . That’s why it’s called breaking hearts . Because that’s all this generation knows what to do . They don’t care about your feelings they only care for the fun ride instead of the long ride . I wanna find an old school love that never dies .
