Heaven's Call

Whispers in the wind, tears in the rain

Holding onto hope, trying to ease the pain

Lord, I come before You with a heavy heart

Questions filled my mind, tearing me apart

Why did You take him, my brother so true?

Led him to heaven, but left us so blue

He was a hero, a Marine so brave

Gave his all, his life to save

Now we’re here, praying for grace

Seeking comfort in Your embrace

Have You any mercy, Lord, hear our cry?

Send down an angel from the sky

Guide his family through this night

Hold their hearts so tight

We will remember the man who gave his all

In our prayers, we hear Your call

Dear Lord, give us strength to carry on

Until we meet again at dawn

His children young, their world turned gray

Missing their daddy every day

His wife, still waiting, eyes filled with tears

Longing for his touch, all the fears

He was a giant, standing tall

Fighting for freedom, answering Your call

Now we mourn, seeking Your light

To heal our wounds tonight
