In the shadows, where the battles rage,

Deep within, a silent war on every page.

Fragments of a mirror shattered, blurred,

Lost in the chaos, the truth is being unrevealed.

My mind’s a battlefield, a constant fight,

The Elders whisper in the dead of night.

Agents of The Veil, lurking, shadows cast,

Trying to drown the echoes of my past.

Caught in a war I can't deny,

War in my soul, tears I can't cry.

What’s real, what’s a dream, who’s to say?

Living in a world that wants me to fade away.

Seeing through shattered glass, a distorted view,

Is this my mind or just a ruse?

Reality’s a veil so thin,

Hidden truths that dwell within.

This is a deep-rooted war inside,

Fighting shadows I can't hide.

Trying to rise above the storm,

In a world where I’m reborn.

Mysteries walk among us, unseen,

Blending in between the dream and I’m one of them.

I ask if this is my reality, or is this my mentality

But it’s just a mask, it’s not truly me. The real me is a being said to never be able to be good and to see the truth that my kind will become an extinct species that was never meant to live.

Still I fight to survive, still I fight to break free, from what their eyes don’t want to see,

From what they said I could never be.

Walking through the myth and fantasy,

Amongst illusions, seeking clarity.

Invisible battles, silent screams,

A war within, unraveling dreams.

They judge, they doubt, they scorn,

But I emerge from the dawn reborn.

Defying the world, shedding the shame.
