[Verse] Suicide Is rife in this world and mental health is never taken seriously we can scream and shout to let it out but we know how this goes when you loose your marbles for one second that can change your life forever but this is because we though we managed to understand our coping mechanisms and strategies but there's always something that will unravel the bandage repairing the cracks. [Verse] Everyone in the world has seen some nasty things as this is the environment we live in we see a glimmer of light and we feel the boiling sensation simmer but there's will be that one thing the opens up your triggers it's hard to cope without thinking of the ropes I can truly relate as I have been there late at night contemplating my life as my cracks have been cracked open by something. [Verse] We will never fully heal because once we are broken there is not completed token so some of us start smoking to suppress the pain and suffering gained throughout the things the brain has sustained through nothing but vein we just have to try and forgive to let the mind rest and suppress instead of turning to the sedatives as that will get a tight grip and we will never snip the chord as it tied tight as we gain peace but as the addiction gets increased the damage becomes worse that before. [Verse] You always looking for your next high or next suppression we need the registration of the mind body and soul to come together which will enlighten the heart and make us smarter and stronger but we all end up in the dumps grabbing the links and dragging through the bumps on the road we just have to manage and conquer the carnage we are introduced to but we are all aiming for the same thing to bust loose and break a move.
