Finding Hope

Why do you pray for my downfall

Why do you wish I would stall

I'll rise above your cruel intent

My heart strong and my spirit sent

You can't break my confidence

Your words mean no consequence

I'll climb higher every day

Faith will guide me all the way

I'm too motivated to be brought down

Standing tall never hitting the ground

Hope and love keep me alive
