[Intro]
There’s a silence before sin…
A whisper that says, “No one will see.”
But the Ar-Raqeeb — He sees everything.
He watches the trembling of your hands,
He counts every heartbeat before the haram begins.
[Verse 1]
A good heart never dances with fire,
Never calls darkness love,
Never paints Zina in perfume and poetry.
For a heart that truly fears Allah,
Trembles before desire —
Not from weakness, but from knowing Who watches.
You say your intentions are pure,
But purity is not claimed while walking the path of sin.
You say, “We love with halal hearts,”
But a halal heart never crosses Allah’s red line.
Love doesn’t justify disobedience.
It purifies itself or perishes in shame.
[Hook]
A heart that fears Allah…
Doesn’t flirt with what destroys it.
Doesn’t test the limits of mercy.
Doesn’t stand at the door of fire,
Calling it warmth.
[Verse 2]
You call it connection —
But He called it temptation.
You call it “we’re only talking,”
But He warned: “Do not come near Zina.”
Not do not do it — do not come near.
For every step closer,
Every message in the dark,
Every meeting unseen by angels,
Is a step away from light.
[Bridge]
O soul that loves but disobeys,
You are not strong — you are deceived.
For the nafs that wins against Allah’s command
Is already lost.
And tears after sin
Do not erase a heart that planned disobedience.
Repentance is not lip service —
It’s fire in the chest,
It’s the refusal to return.
[Hook 2]
A heart that fears Allah…
Doesn’t justify what He made forbidden.
Doesn’t dress sin in romance.
Doesn’t say “Allah knows my heart,”
While disobeying the One Who created it.
[Verse 3]
You can’t make haram halal with emotion.
You can’t say “we mean well”
When the path leads to Hell.
A good heart obeys even when it bleeds.
It leaves even when it loves.
It says “Ya Allah, protect me from myself,”
Because it knows —
The greatest enemy isn’t Shaytan…
It’s the nafs that calls you to sin beautifully.
[Outro]
So guard your heart before it hardens.
Guard your eyes before they betray you.
Guard your soul before it tastes regret.
For one taste of haram can poison years of worship.
And when the night calls —
Remember the One Who created it.
When desire whispers —
Remember the Day you’ll stand alone.
A heart that truly loves Allah…
Will never make Him a witness
To its disobedience.
