Awake in shadows, lost in my mind's maze,

A thousand faces, all caught in a haze.

Whispered doubts, silent screams,

Dancing alone in fragmented dreams.

Seeing through wires, unhooked from the norm,

Reading the signals that don't conform.

Walking these halls with a voice in my head.
