Feast of Guardians

Early dawn, beneath the breaking sky

Gathered around, the guardians stand high

A feast prepared, from a heart so wide

For every soul, who's by my side

In the cracked streets where shadows play

A chef of hope, he's paving the way

Cooking dreams for every stray

Feeding strength for a brand new day

This meal's a gift, a burning flame

To honor those who bear my name

Through storm and fire, through fear and pain

Their courage clears the heavy rain

Feeding the brave, fueling the fight

In this dark, they are the light

Freedom’s feast, for those who dare

Guardians' love, beyond compare

Hermit watches, silent, keen

Guardian of the sacred sheen

Wild and crazy, fierce and mean

Loyalty in every scene

He gives his strength, his restless night

A vigil kept out of sight

This meal’s for him, to keep him right

To carry on, through the night

Feeding the brave, fueling the fight

In this dark, they are the light

Freedom’s feast, for those who dare

Guardians' love, beyond compare

A mighty feast, from love they serve

A bond unbroken, do or deserve

Their courage woven, thread by thread

In every heartbeat, they are led

Dawn arrives, the feast is done

But their spirit's shining sun
