I think about Jesus, a wee little babe.
In a manger, in a stable, no crying he made.
I think about Jesus, a boy of twelve years, he taught at the temple without any fears.
I think about Jesus, how he healed the sick, it's a miracle how it happened so quick. I think about Jesus with the fishes and the loaves, to hear him speak, they came in droves. I think about Jesus, and how he gathered each child. He blessed each one, so tender and mild. I think about Jesus, who went to visit John. He knew he must be baptized to show us how it's done. I think about Jesus washing his disciples feet. You know that he loves them by his actions so sweet. I think about Jesus and all the miracles he made. The blind man could see again, he was no longer afraid. I think about Jesus, on the water he walked. Peter was frightened, the disciples were shocked. I think about Jesus alone in the garden. He prayed to the father to have all our sins pardoned. I think about Jesus on a cross way up high. He took my sins upon him. His love I can't deny. I think about Jesus in a tomb behind stone. All those who loved him were feeling quite alone. I think about Jesus and how he was resurrected, and we will be too but first we must be tested. I think about Jesus and his great love for me. I will try to be like him, and that will set me free.
