Been thinking lately of what I've been seeking

Cuz maybe what ive been longing for ain't been what I'm needing

Knees is on the floor

Praying for strength cuz as of now I'm weakened

Oh god I'm pleading

In this time of need all I'm asking for is to be needed

Misused,

misunderstood,

And mistreated

Only thing that missing

Is a miss that'll miss me even

In times when we ain't speakin

In times when she's dreaming

In times when we're unsure of our future

She's still reaching

In hopes that our destination

Is worth our tribulations

The feeling of elation

Embraces us

Like the very winds that'll carry us

To the promise lands

Hardly an honest man

But honeslty I'm trying In hopes

That'll allow me follow him

I'm just a mortal man

But ain't we all

Times we've stumbled

Yet we claim to fall

But ive recovered

And stumbled upon another

Beauty whose eyes

Lightened my heavy heart

Ive disguised it so

She won't tear it apart

For my sake

For if I told her the truth

What Would she say

I doubt she feels the same

But it don't care cause this feeling

Ive never claimed

I might very well gone insane

Could be the liquor or the courage it comes with
