She don’t like change

Every night I text her

And tell her good night

She’ll text me back soon

And everything is alright

She’s the greatest woman

But she don’t like change

Sometimes she gets moody

And she acts a little strange

Last night I texted her

Like I usually do

Good night angel

Then she will text me too

But Hers was a little different

She left out my name

That coming from a woman

That just don’t like change

To figure out a woman

Could put a genius to shame

Trying to figure her out

Ain’t no young man’s game

There’s little signs you notice

Not knowing what they mean

The best thing you can do

Is don’t do anything

I know it’s just a minor thing

But it sure makes me think

Maybe I did something wrong

It’s kind of like a jinx

Caused by one little woman

I couldn’t stand to loose

I think you’d understand me

If you were in my shoes

I’ve always been pretty confident

No weakness to be found

Besides a couple of little things

So minor they don’t count

But when it comes to my girl

I’ve finally met my match

I feel lost and confused

But that feeling never last

I couldn’t ask for a better woman

And my girl she’s the best

The most beautiful woman

I know that I’ve been blessed

But she sure keeps me guessing
