Echoes of a Damned Soul

In the wake of shadows, I silently drown,

Lost in the darkness where no light is found.

Whispers of despair, echoing deep,

In a silent scream, where my soul does weep.

Despair has released me, I'm stranded in night,

No hope, no dreams, no flicker of light.

Heart shattered, pieces scattered, out of reach,

In this darkness, lessons unspoken I teach.

On my knees, I face the abyss,

Dark angel's gaze, cold and remiss.

Confessing sins, silent and unheard,

My soul's burden, pain so absurd.

Broken by despair, cursed to remain,

In this dark void, haunted by pain.

My cry in the night, lost and forlorn,

A soul forgotten, forever scorned.

Breathing on dead lungs, life’s cruel jest,

Betrayal and guilt, never at rest.

My sins multiply beyond salvation’s grace,

In this purgatory, I find my place.

The dead do not speak, silence my plea,

Confession unheard, no one to see.

In the darkness, I fade away,

Forever condemned, lost in the grey.
