Alone in the quiet, feeling just right

No more tears falling, no more fights

Walking this road on my own now

Finding strength in the silence somehow

Trust is a fragile thing, slipped right through my hands

Built my defenses high, to protect what I can

Here I stand, unafraid, no longer confined
