That it's when the heart breaks, collapsing in on itself, that we realize how much love hurts.

I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone, but for me,

it's already too late.

The sidewalk scrolls beneath my feet, relentlessly, like a stretched-out snake.

The moon, yet so beautiful, seems to join its tears to my sorrow.

The wind hits me with a coldness that lacerates my face, it claws at me like a heartless beast, flooding me with the breath of this despair.

Have you ever wondered what happens to the tears that don't flow?

Those that don't touch the cheek?

It's with these tears that I'm flooded tonight.

These tears that stay inside and burn the heart like an insidious acid.

It hurts so much.

These tears that will make my days to come...
