(SPOKEN INTRO)
There was a woman who came to the well looking for ordinary water.
But that day, she met Jesus.
He knew her past.
He knew her secrets.
He knew her pain.
Yet He did not condemn her.
He offered her something greater—
Living Water.
And when she discovered that Jesus was the Messiah,
she left her water jar behind
and ran to tell the whole city:
“Come and see the Man who told me everything I ever did!”
Today, the invitation is still the same...
Come and see Jesus!
Come and meet the Messiah!
(Verse 1)
Jesus came to Jacob’s well,
Tired from the journey, He sat down there,
A woman came to draw her water,
Jesus said, “Give Me a drink.”
She looked at Him and wondered,
“How can You ask me for water?”
Jesus said, “If you knew the gift of God,
You would ask Me, and I would give you life.”
(Pre-)
You came to me when I was thirsty,
You saw my heart and knew my story,
You offered me the water of life,
The water that will never run dry.
(Chorus)
Come and see the Messiah!
Come and see the One who knows me!
Come and see the Living Water,
Jesus, Jesus, the Messiah!
He told me everything I ever did,
Yet He did not turn away from me.
He gave me living water for my soul,
Come and see the Messiah!
(Verse 2)
“Give me this water, Lord,” she said,
“So I will never thirst again.”
Jesus spoke into her hidden life,
And every secret came to light.
She said, “I know Messiah is coming,
When He comes, He will tell us all things.”
Jesus answered, “I am He,
The One who speaks to you.”
(Pre-Chorus)
You came to me when I was broken,
You gave me hope when I was empty,
You changed my shame into a testimony,
Now I must go and tell the story.
(Chorus)
Come and see the Messiah!
Come and see the One who knows me!
Come and see the Living Water,
Jesus, Jesus, the Messiah!
He told me everything I ever did,
Yet He did not turn away from me.
He gave me living water for my soul,
Come and see the Messiah!
(Bridge)
I came for water,
But I found the Water of Life.
I came with my shame,
But Jesus gave me a new life.
I came alone,
But now I have a testimony.
I met the Savior,
I met the King of glory!
(Verse 3)
She left her water jar behind,
And ran into the city streets.
“Come and see a Man,” she cried,
“Who told me everything about me!”
The people came to see Jesus,
They listened to His words of grace.
Many believed because of her testimony,
And they came to know the Savior.
(Break)
Jesus, You are the Living Water,
Fill my heart and make me whole.
Jesus, You are the Living Water,
Satisfy my thirsty soul.
No more running,
No more hiding,
No more shame,
Jesus has changed me.
I have tasted,
I have seen,
That the Lord is good to me!
( Chorus)
Come and see the Messiah!
Come and see the One who knows me!
Come and see the Living Water,
Jesus, Jesus, the Messiah!
He knows my past,
He knows my story,
Yet He calls me into His glory.
He gave me living water for my soul,
Come and see the Messiah!
(Outro)
Come and see!
Come and see!
Jesus is the Messiah!
He is the Living Water!
