I found your smile in a photograph,

Buried deep in a box from the past,

For a while it lit my darkest nights,

But the truth was hidden out of sight.

You held my hand when I was breaking,

But love was a game you weren’t playing…

So I’ll tear this photograph in two,

No more living in the shadow of you,

What I thought was love was only a disguise,
