Fired

So today I go to work my manager asked me what happened on Friday. I told her the night shift was being disrespectful to customers, so I took it upon myself as a leader to assist the situation so my manager said to me, but I didn’t hire you to become a leader. I was like what the fuck What do you mean you didn’t hire me to become a leader I’m a leader already straight from the start, then you look at my resume my ranking so obviously she didn’t look at my resume so I had to give her a little story in background of where I came from so she understood that when I came in there it was to become a supervisor And she just like she was like OK yeah you’re gonna become a supervisor later on but right now you’re in training you just gonna grill some burgers and shit like that and I was like OK no problem but and then I see these little disrespectful ass little kids. They are working there and they are not doing shit and then I’m doing everything and he’s like what the fuck so I just blew up and said something and they got upset. They thought I was draining them so today when I come to work, she tells me that she can’t. I can’t work there with her no more so that was the end of the story so today I finish my essay for my high school diploma, which is a better path in life and now my triangle is upside down. Thank you for the opportunities and the open doors that God has given me thank you God for protecting me you’re the best.
