To remind people that they are not alone.
To raise awareness.
To spread love.
To help people remember who they truly are.
Happiness does not start outside of you.
Other people can add to your happiness...
but they cannot create it for you.
You have to build that foundation inside yourself.
LOVE IS THE MESSAGE
I learned that some people use love as a weapon.
They hurt you. They disrespect you. They tear you down.
Then they turn around and say:
“But I love you.”
But love has one true definition.
Love is kindness.
Love is compassion.
Love is respect.
If it is not kind...
it is not love.
It is pain speaking through someone who has not healed yet.
THE PERSON I AM TODAY
I am deeply connected.
I feel deeply.
I see deeply.
You can hear it in my voice.
You can hear it in my music.
You can see it in my movement.
Everything I have survived became wisdom.
Everything that broke me became something that built me.
I am not my trauma.
I am not my past.
I am not the storms I survived.
I am the person who kept walking through them.
I am the person who kept fighting.
I am the person who saved myself.
And if you are listening to this...
I want you to remember:
You are worthy.
You are enough.
Your story is not over.
Your story is not the ending ..
Your story is still being written..
Your pain is not your identity.
Your past does not define your future.
The greatest love you will ever find...
has been inside you all along.
Choose yourself.
Heal yourself.
Love yourself.
Because nobody is coming to save you...
