Mirror Path

Eyes wide shut in the heat of the blast,

Neo with a mask in a sleepwalking past.

Enemies float, then dissolve in ash,

I blink, and the street turns a mirrored path.

Clock ticks backward — I breathe in frames,

Thoughts bloom fast, then freeze in flames.

Shadow with a scope and a voice like mine,

Said, "You fight yourself every single time."

Echoes bounce through a hollow space,

Caught in loops I can't replace.

Fighting fears beneath the mask,

Lost in the static, finding my task.

Shot echoes twice, but the body don’t fall,

I’m stuck in a loop with a silence that crawls.

Every punch feels like hitting through fog,

Blood on my hands, spelling a verse from God.

Reality slips when the trigger gets touched,

But I steer this dream like the gears in a clutch.

Hands on fate like a wheel in mist,

It’s kill or be killed — even here, I exist.

Eyes still open but seeing in shades,

Lost in the ghost of the games we've played.

In the mirror, a stranger persists,

Fighting the shadow that still exists.
