Letters to Heaven

Oh, I kneel down deep in prayer, tears falling like rain

Writing words to Heaven's door, calling out your name

Pen and paper, in my hand, i cry to the sky, yelling loudly with tears in my eyes....

In the quiet of the night, I hear a gentle call

A breeze, a sign, a whisper, telling me they’re all okay after all

My heart beats a prayer, and my spirit reaches high

Seeking comfort, all of my love, under God's watchful eye

I ask in faith, I ask with tears, I ask with all my soul

God, send me a message, make my broken parts whole

Above in heavens, in the divine glow, I pray, and I believe

That love’s eternal, and in dreams, I receive

Keep your eyes open, listen, and feel

God's love is real. It can heal

In dreams, they come to me, whispering so true

They’re watching, they’re near, they’re forever with you

A burst of Spirit, holy and bright, ignites my core

Colors of grace, shining rays, peace I can’t ignore

My chest glows with the vibe, pure and divine

Holy Spirit has arrived in this sacred time

Writing this letter in my soul, in tears, I pray again

Knowing love never leaves, it’s eternal, and it remains

Heavenly messages, they comfort, they guide my way

Until I see you again, in the bright and glorious day
