Marked by the Lamb

Midnight shaking, I could feel the weight

Every breath like it sealed my fate

Walls were closing, I was trapped inside

With every sin I tried to hide

Then I saw blood on the broken frame

Not mine—but it called my name

In the shadow of what I deserve

You gave me mercy I couldn’t earn

I was a prisoner to the dark

Chains on my hands, fear in my heart

But You said, “Look at the door”

“I’ve paid the price—you’re mine, you’re Yours”

When the judgment came for me

You stood there in between

Your blood ran down, now I’m set free

Yeah, it should’ve been me that night

But You took death so I could have life

Now I’m marked by the crimson grace

Forever changed, I’ll never be the same

Generations tried to pay the cost

Counting all that was never enough

Every altar, every flame

Was crying out for a holy name

Then You came through the veil of flesh

With nails and thorns pressed in Your chest

Silent Lamb, You chose the cross

Love that bleeds, no matter the cost

No more waiting, no more fear

The final sacrifice is here

When the curtain tore, the sky split wide

You opened heaven when You died
