I was left behind on the 23rd

to suffer the tribulation

with all those I thought

were marked for the Beast

What happened to the feast?

where’s my mountain of ribs

and my ocean of pork-n-beans

what about my golden mansion?

Funny thing, though

all the other folks I thought

would be snatched away

are still here right along with us

I thought for sure I’d leave

a pile of dust with my clothes

exactly, where I stood

when Jesus came for me
