Let Him In

I couldn’t explain what was happening to me

All of my head and heart said I should flee

Don’t give up the world its yours for the takin’

was my every thought and my body was shakin’

But I had no control of the state I was in when I saw Jesus Christ and said let him in

I let him in to my world though dark and discreet

He shined a bright light on the path at my feet

My tears were like waterfalls or a powerful rain if I let him in now would I see him again

I walk on the streets and see all the injustice now I see it was never really there about us, it’s about God given us his only begotten to ward out the sin to ward out the rotten

We only to take a look at our sin and repent of it now and then let him in.
