Two Open Hearts

I met Cindy and Warren

In March of 25.

Thought it would only be for a concert,

But God planned it all to thrive!

He bonded us together,

With His wonderful cords of love!

A friendship to last forever

In His Arms, from heaven above!

There's a porch light burning bright and a welcome on the mat

And a spot right on the sofa

where we can sit and chat

You took a weary body and you cleared a little space

Now I’m a part of this family,

wrapped up in love and grace

Before long we became known

as Sisters of the Heart!

We teamed up in singing together,

Our voices blended from the start!

I was visiting their home one day

when I fell and broke my hip.

It was an attack of the enemy,

the one who made me slip!

Then God put in Cindy's mind

for me to live with them.

Warren did not hesitate.

That was alright with him!

It all came together quickly!

Their hearts were shared with me.

Then as they opened up their home

I joined their family!
